Derek McMillin
Derek has 20 years of experience in sports turf management, including holding several superintendent positions with youth athletic programs before venturing into entrepreneurship.
Derek and Conner share the responsibilities of client relations and new sales at Mack Bros. If Derek is not working on an athletic field, he is most likely answering calls as a firefighter/paramedic. He enjoys his free time with his wife Evin and three youngsters at home.

Connor McMillin
Connor also has 16 years of experience in sports turf management, including supervision with youth athletic programs around the Omaha Metro. Connor is the manager of operations for Mack Bro’s renovations projects, and also oversees facility maintenance.
Connor has many years of experience as a hiring manager and is a skilled developer of new talent. His years in industry have shaped him into a skillful operator, and problem solver on the job site.

Griffy McMillin
Griffy has spent well over half his life in the industry, with 15 years of experience in sports turf management. Griffy left a full-time position as a journeyman electrician to pursue his dream of growing the family business.
Griffy manages our fleet maintenance and also oversees facility maintenance. Griffy became a highly skilled operator through his work in the electrical industry, and this translates exceptionally well to our job sites involving dirt work and drainage.
Mack Bros currently oversees maintenance for numerous youth and high school athletic programs and specializes in Sports Turf construction, facility maintenance, renovation projects, and field product supply.
